8PM, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2007 Green Papaya Art Projects
The mad ones stick to the burning streets. Love grips nursing bliss, passionate kisses thrown to the air. A little murder to pass off the chaotic holiday traffic. They say its better late than never. Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die! DIY strategies take on guerilla proportions. In this last ditch effort to party 2007 Green Papaya Art Projects gather its current artists-in-residents to break our wednesday love affair contract. Catch Yoshiaki Inatsugi and Donna Miranda's dance + video installation/performance working-in-progress showing. Also calling for conspirators and collaborators pitch in new evil plots and love crimes for Philippine-Japanese Exchange. Meanwhile, Malaysian sound artist Goh Lee Kwang will DJ some of his own music from beginning to date, sharing his sonic and video installation works. So if you missed our official Christmas party, here is one more chance to pass off the void in-between.
