THE SLEEPYHEADS | Malnutrition of Love ALBUM LAUNCH

THE SLEEPYHEADS: Malnutrition of Love
CD launch with 1solo 1 duo 1 trio 1 quartet 1 quintet March 10 (Wednesay) bar opens 6PM, gig starts at 9PM

The remaining second-chance takers thought it best to leave out the minimal details. Lest those faint-hearted creeps learn about their indiscretions. Not unlike any of the scenarios that they have meticulously re-staged, the events that soon took place confirmed their doubts, failure is not an option. Of course they have repeatedly thought about all possible consequences of withholding finality, to soon realize that closure will always be too impractical to take. After all, the first steps have been taken, the prescribed thresholds have been crossed, and no one ever said anything about Plan B. So, as calls of the wild rarely come outside deliriums, it was best to take this chance, if only to assuage any fears of not failing enough. But this is no trial-and-error, this is the real stuff less the preemptive fanfare and hype accompanying hiatus. To be tempted to suggest a fitting analogy between The Sleepyheads and their intermittent outings is a poignant cliche just waiting to be said. The same cliche befits second-albums -- it is always almost doomed for nitpicking. So come and join us, nitpick and dance to The Sleepyheads' Malnutrition of Love album launch tonight. Yes, you read that right, tonight.
