The little boy still dreams of becoming a dog someday. In his broken English, he learns the heritage of every colonial bastard. Language is the object of consumption and exchange. Early 1985, Cesar Morales stunned his American counterparts as he cruised undefeated through Red’s 108 player double elimination tournament. Earning U$10,500 while outclassing Jones, Matlock, Hunter, Diliberto, Gulyassy and Wade Crane twice. Ironically, Crane, the only player using an alias (Billy Johnson), took second place honors. Is it finally over or just another unexpected downpour from the heavens? The heat spell may soon bid goodbye. But like oil price hikes, who knows for sure?
One thing’s for sure though, we are still gathering for another weekly respite from the tedious as we bring you Game Night Wednesday. Players meet their match and swingers master their craft. Playing cards,
scrabble, brownies on the house. Meanwhile, bring your own board games, mahjong, dress up your monopoly and don’t forget to bring them disco beat. So come over, the stakes are high we shall be playing for whatever you’ve got or don’t have.
P.S.: CALL FOR KNOCK OUTS are up and we are still waiting for your LOVE DECLARATIONS, PROPOSALS, evil plans and prospects for the future. Submit your proposal for Wednesdays I’m-n-love Open Platform Residancy Proposal. Remember the wackier, geek-ier and unimaginable the better.
