Helicopter love police hovers over the bright yet still and heavy summer breeze. Almost at a loss for if/then and if/not, accidents brutally betray reckless abandon. While calculated adventures fail to deliver. Anticipation bleeds into the still waters of the stubborn status quo. So while entitlement feeds the current Gucci gang-love gone-wrong controversy, the rest of Manila is safe from this stupid bruhahaha. Of course now is the perfect time to nurse day old hangovers; catch a fling or a hot flame. Nothing to worry in two months the rain shall wash them all away.
Braze up for this Wednesday is no foolish love Wednesday for nothing. As preparations for Manuel Ocampo/Argie Bandoy collaboration wind up, we resurrect Anatomy Jam Nights after a two-year hiatus as Donna Miranda, Red Lasam, Diego Maranan and Khavn de la Cruz create accidents in this evening of free-for-all dancing. To cap off Kiron Robinson's solo show is a screening of his video piece Walking with Crows. Lest we forget, bring your dancing shoes, a change of clothes, fake eyelashes, shoulder pads and knee-pushing dance playlist for Fool for my Pool Dance Party. Yes, its definitely a free-for-all.
